Arsene Wenger has given us an update on who is back for the Cardiff game. Take a look what he had to say on the official site:
"on the team news for Cardiff…No, nothing is different from Marseille really. We have no injuries. Of course we have some little concerns. People were a little bit rested like Arteta, but they are all available now.
on Gibbs...Kieran Gibbs was sick but he has already recovered yesterday. He is now back in the squad.
on Podolski’s progress…It will be three weeks until we could see him in the team.
on Oxlade-Chamberlain…It will be the New Year for him."
So that is good to know. Fans will be wanting the gunners to grab the 3 points, but we should be wary the Dragons did manage to grab a draw against United right at the death. Their fighting spirit in evident and we will have to be at our best to slay the opponent (see what I did there).
Possible starting lineups
Cardiff: Marshall; Taylor, Caulker, Turner, Theophile-Catherine; Medel, Whittingham, Mutch, Bellamy; Odemwingie, Campbell
Arsenal: Szczesny; Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs; Flamini, Wilshere, Ozil; Santi Cazorla, Rosicky, Giroud

The only other change is that Arteta possibly could come back for Flamini depending how the boss is feeling about Arteta
