3 Points up for grabs tonight against Marseille in group F of the Champions League and that win would put Arsenal on 12 points all but ensure us through to the knock out stages. Dortmund host Napoli and it is likely the Germans will take the 3 points there which will put them on 9 and Napoli on 9 and us on 12, provided we win of course. So what this will mean is that we would need to go to Italy and not lose by more than 2 goals. So you see a win tonight would ease the pressure somewhat.
If Napoli get a result, well then we are through with a win for sure so I will be hoping for a draw in that fixture tonight. If we do not win tonight, that will mean we will have to go to Italy and win, so please boys, don't bring that stress onto me. Marseille are on zero points and have not been playing the most breathtaking football so anything but a win to be honest would be very disappointing.
Arteta is according to the boss ready to action, but if he is not we have the gladiator Flamini ready for battle. Wilshere impressed me in the last game, so I would like him to start and I wouldn't mind seeing Walcott on the team sheet as well.
Other than that, its off to a meeting for me, let's hope I can focus on what my boss is saying to me, and not just thinking of the Gunners.
